  **Feel free to RP or NPC a tender if none are present, or those who are are idle.
  
  Located in the county of Symbidia, very close to the equator and the Symbidia-Malgrave border. Existing where it is, the region is very tropical, void of coniferous trees; it never snows, and all one can expect is sticky rain and heat.
  
  The area surrounding the inn has grown thick with underbrush, and a forest-fire seems inevitable. The tavern itself is old and run-down, the metal fencing rusted and broken in places, and dressed in old, tattered banners of Symbidia's ruling house, Carthamine.
  
  [The intention and purpose of this dream is very short-term; it is meant to be a place of roleplay for furres travelling between between Dragonlands cities/dreams.
  
  No in-depth knowledge of Dragonlands is required, just the basics and you're fine for fitting in.

• History

  The name once accompanied a statue of bronze or brass that stretched out from the front roof of the building; a large scarhawk. It's long gone now.
  
  For those old enough to remember (35+), the inn was owned and managed by a spirited lass by the name of "Ophelia". Scarlet bears a resemblance to the femme, although mostly only in colouration.

• Message Board

  (IC Messages Only): A message board covered in old news, advertisements and rubbish is tacked up against the tavern's left wall. There doesn't seem to be any moderating of it, which makes sense since the owner of the establishment is illiterate.
